The review
Can the residents in the fridge save the ice-cream before it melts?
In the next edition of funny story books, this is about Hao Hao's father coming back late at night with ice-cream for him, only to forget to close the fridge door properly. This seems to be from a Korean series of books featuring anthropomorphic characters in the kitchen, written with a good amount of hilarity.
The food items in the fridge are familiar to a child (and probably well-loved), such as Yakult, milk, strawberries, biscuits and more. A little bit of problem solving and lots of colourful creatures make for tons of fun.
"Why are the biscuits surrounding the melting ice-cream?" 'They can form a wall to prevent the ice-cream from spilling outwards.' "How come?" 'The biscuits are pretty hard, I suppose.' "Can I have biscuits with ice-cream next time?" 'Haha, let mummy think about it.'
